Privacy Notice

This app is operated by The Sassenachs ceilidh band for internal scheduling purposes. It is not open to the public.

What we store

• Your name, email address, phone number, and instruments
• Your gig assignments and travel arrangements
• Your dep (deputy musician) contact list

Why

This information is used solely to schedule gigs and coordinate travel within the band.

Who can see it

• You can see your own profile, gig details, and dep list.
• All band members can see gig details and who is playing each gig.
• Admin can see all data including dep lists.

Data storage

Data is stored in Supabase (EU/Frankfurt region) and is not shared with any third party. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your own dep records at any time from the Deps page. To request full deletion of your account and data, contact the band admin.
